My Story

I did the things you're supposed to do as a young woman growing up on a farm in the North of England. Work hard, Cambridge, then a career I threw myself into in Finance based in Asia for fifteen years - INSEAD and Harvard Business School along the way - always striving, always achieving, always reaching for the next thing. I lead a investment firm (peak AUM USD5.5bn) for a decade as Managing Partner and then Partner and co-CEO, building the firm

From the outside it looked like it was going well, and in most objective ways it was.

But underneath, there was a quieter thread I kept pulling at: a wondering. Whether this was it. Whether I was doing the thing I was actually meant to do, or just the thing I was good at. The two aren't the same, and it took me a long time to notice the gap.

What I found on the other side of that wondering is not a neat answer - I'm suspicious of neat answers - but was a space to think honestly about what matters, and create enough steadiness to act on it. It turns out the questions that felt like a problem were the most useful thing about me.

Now I work with people who recognise that thread in themselves: capable, driven, quietly wondering whether the life they're running so hard to keep up with is the one they actually want. I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to think alongside you, honestly, while you work it out..

My Approach

I don't coach from theory. Everything I offer comes from having done it - the pressure, the decisions, the human cost of change.

Real world perspective

Fifteen years in finance, across New York, London and Singapore. I've worked at the sharp end of global business, not observed it from the outside — so I understand the world you're operating in, because I've lived in it

Real decisions, real stakes

I helped run a USD5.5bn firm, allocating capital on behalf of institutional clients. I know what it is to make consequential decisions under pressure and uncertainty - and to live with them afterwards. That's the ground I coach from.

Real human consequences

I led an investment firm through succession — the human side of a transition, not just the org chart. I've sat with what change actually costs people, and seen that it's the part that decides whether anything works.
